Fallbrook Coffee Company

Coffee For The Community

Hello, We are the Hunts, and the owners of the Fallbrook Coffee Company. My wife (Cassie) and I (Stephen) Moved to Fallbrook in June of 2020 and purchased the shop from SonRise Christian Fellowship. I have worked in the Bay Area at multiple coffee and tea shops for the past 7-8 years and have always wanted my own, so this is a dream come true! We are still strong believers in “Coffee for the Community” so we are keeping a few things around such as the “Pay it Forward” board. We absolutely love the Fallbrook Community because of its welcoming culture and we look forward to continuing to build relationships within our Friendly VIllage! So come by and say Hello!

WE ONLY USE DIRECT - TRADE BEANS

Actually, our roaster pays higher than fair-trade prices for the beans we use.  Coffee comes from all over the world, and farmers are often exploited and paid lower prices for their beans. Klatch Coffee our roaster, was one of the pioneers of the fair-trade movement in coffee, in a process they call "direct trade."  Klatch has representatives in the countries that supply green coffee to them 12 months out of the year.  Based in Los Angeles CA, Klatch is a family-run company that has won countless awards, including the "Micro Roaster of the Year", They are also 4-Time “Golden Bean Champions” (Which is the largest roasting competition in the world).  Fallbrook Coffee Company offers a wide variety of whole bean varieties from Klatch, and is currently using their "Belle Espresso" for our espresso drinks. Belle Espresso is a Medium Dark Roast which is super smooth and Consistent with notes of Blackberry, Chocolate and Brandy, with a flavor that shines through even when adding milk and syrups for our Vanilla Latte. On tap we most likely have our “Organic Rain Forest Blend”, another Medium Dark Roast with notes of Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar and Caramel. Perfect for mornings and afternoons with and without cream and sugar!
